New Delhi: Vector X, one of India’s leading sports brands, announced the signing of Indian women’s football star Dalima Chhibber, as their brand ambassador. Vector X who already have Indian football legend Bhaichung Bhutia as the face of the brand, will now also be represented by the most sought-after Indian woman footballer in recent times. The contract with the star Indian left-back shall continue till April 2020.

Dalima burst into the Indian national women’s team at the age of 19. She has grown from a young and promising football talent to someone who has been a mainstay in the team since 2016. Known for her ability to convert long distance set-piece opportunities, the now 21-year-old played a key role in India’s 5th SAFF Women’s Championship title. Owing to her performances in the recent past Dalima was also signed on by Hero Indian Women’s League team – Gokulam Kerala FC. As the captain of the team, she helped them reach the semifinals of the tournament notching up some of the best performances of the season.

Fast&Up to provide swimmer Srihari Nataraj nutrition support in his Olympic quest
Mumbai: Swimming sensation Srihari Nataraj returned home to good news from the FINA Junior World Championships in Budapest, Hungary on Tuesday evening as Fast&Up India’s leading sports and active nutrition brand officially announced to support the 18-year-old Bengaluru lad’s Olympic quest as his nutrition partner.
In the last 12 months, Srihari has shown remarkable improvement in the 100 and 200 metres backstroke event where he has slashed timing from 56.71 seconds (100m) and 2:02.97 (200m) seconds clocked last year to an impressive 54.69 and 2:02.08 seconds respectively which he clocked during the FINA Junior World Championships held between 20 and 25 August in Budapest. His effort in the 100m backstroke event has enabled him to achieve the B Qualification mark for Tokyo Olympics and is only a mere .80 seconds behind the A qualification time.
Srihari emphasized that with good nutrition support and some fine-tuning in his flip turns, he can make the A Qualification mark. “I need to focus a little bit more on my diet, nutrition, and recovery where I believe Fast&Up will play a big role. I am delighted to have their support in my Olympic quest,” he said.
Fast&Up CEO, Vijayaraghavan Venugopal said he was happy to support the swimmer in his quest to achieve the Olympic qualification. “We have been in touch with Srihari for a while now and he exudes confidence and is very focused on his target.
