Vasco: A resilient NorthEast United surprised 10-man Mumbai City 1-0 in the 20-21 Indian Super League’s (ISL) second match at the Tilak Maidan Stadium in Vasco on Saturday.

Despite Mumbai’s bright start with a lot of possession, everything was undone when Ahmed Jahouh was sent off for a reckless challenge on Khassa Camara.

Gerard Nus’ side made the most of the man advantage and took the lead in the 49th minute through a Kwesi Appiah penalty.
NEUFC held on till the last minute to get a winning start.
